1. Service Cancellation

You may cancel a service only if you do not agree with the quotation provided. Once the quotation is approved, cancellations are no longer accepted.

2. Product Orders

Cancellations of product orders are not allowed once the order is placed.

3. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided under any circumstances. Please ensure you confirm all details before placing an order or approving a service quotation.
